Sourced from an estate vineyard in the Monvigliero cru in Verduno.

Hand-harvested.
Vinification
Fermented and macerated in stainless steel for 25 days.
Aging
Aged for thirty months in 40 HL barrels. Bottled at the end of summer. It then spends one year in the bottle before release.
