Phelan Farm crafts this rare pink Chardonnay from their coastal vineyard just three miles from the Pacific Ocean. The maritime influence and cool San Luis Obispo Coast climate create ideal conditions for this unusual expression of Chardonnay.

The 2023 vintage benefited from an extremely wet winter with over 50 inches of rain, followed by a long, cool growing season. Harvested October 6th, the grapes developed exceptional complexity while maintaining bright acidity.

This limited production wine showcases Phelan Farm's innovative approach to winemaking at the continent's edge.

Aging
12 months in 500L Stockinger barrels. Bottled by hand without fining or filtring.
