Frantz Saumon farms organically in Montlouis-sur-Loire, working with estate and purchased fruit to express Chenin’s clarity. He’s been bottling since 2002, after training under Christian Chaussard.

The 2023 Vin de Frantz is dry Chenin Blanc from clay-limestone and silex soils. Native fermentation, five months in a mix of stainless, ceramic, and old wood. Mineral, focused, and bottled with minimal sulfur.
