"The 2016 Blanc de Blancs Heintz Vineyard has alluring aromas of white apricot, fresh bread, roasted almonds and flinty streaks. The palate is luxuriously creamy, though it maintains focused acidity. It offers concentrated, savory flavors and a very long, layered finish.
