A blend of 50% each Malvasia and a native Mallorcan grape called Prensal, with extended skin contact. Winemakers Francesc Grimalt and Sergio Caballero have dedicated themselves to reviving and celebrating Mallorca's indigenous varieties. This orange wine is absolutely delightful — lightly structured, with lots of stone fruit flavors, like biting into a fuzzy apricot or peach, with a fine and mineral finish, perhaps due to the island's clay-calcareous soils.
