Giulia Negri farms high-altitude vineyards in La Morra, bringing a fresh, precise style to traditional Piedmont grapes. Pian delle Mole comes from young Nebbiolo vines on marl and limestone soils. Fermentation in stainless steel and aging in large oak preserve brightness and fine tannins.

As her entry-level Nebbiolo, it offers an accessible take on the grape while showing Barolo-area pedigree. A natural fit for pasta with ragù, roasted poultry, or mushrooms.
