Quintarelli is a legendary name in Veneto, known for their masterfully crafted Amarone and Valpolicella. Primofiore (“first flower”) is the estate’s most approachable red, made from Corvina, Corvinone, Cabernet Sauvignon, and Cabernet Franc. Unlike their richer, long-aged wines, this one skips the appassimento (grape drying) process, keeping it fresh and vibrant while still carrying the signature Quintarelli depth.

Wild cherry, red currant, and crushed violets lead, backed by a touch of black pepper, dried herbs, and a hint of cedar.
