Le Fontane is the new project from the Occhipinti family, known for COS, rooted in organic farming near Vittoria. Their 2022 Cerasuolo di Vittoria blends ~60% Nero d’Avola and ~40% Frappato from the contrada Le Fontane.

Fermented in concrete with native yeasts and aged 18 months in large Slavonian oak, it’s floral, vibrant, and mineral. A refined, energetic expression of Sicily’s only DOCG red.
