Laurent Cazottes’ Eau de Vie de Coing is distilled from organically grown quince, harvested fully ripe from heirloom varieties in southwest France. Each fruit is peeled and trimmed by hand before natural fermentation and slow distillation in copper stills.

Bottled unaged in 375ml format, this eau-de-vie captures quince’s intense aromatics and floral spice. Made without additives, it’s a precise, artisanal expression of one of France’s rarest distillates.
