This estate bottling comes from 4 acres of Jory volcanic soils in Oregon's Pinot epicenter, planted in 2001 with five different clones (667, 777, 114, 115, Pommard). The cool 2011 vintage produced wines built to age, and patience has been rewarded. Now showing layers of cherry, berry, and orange peel with polished, refined structure. A collector's window into mature Willamette Valley.Biodynamic Muscadet pioneer (organic since 1987). Sur lie aging, wild ferment. Saline minerality with unexpected texture. Brilliant Loire value.
