This traditional-method, single-vineyard, single-block, single-vintage sparkling wine is made from 100% Pinot Noir grown on a cliff above the banks of the Santa Ynez River. It sees six years en tirage before disgorgement, and zero dosage. Intentionally lower pressure makes for a creamy, fine-knit style.
