"From a .34 ha parcel; vinified and maturation in 100% stainless. Discreet though perceptible wood sets off the ripe aromas of lemon confit, white flower, iodine and shellfish. The mouthfeel of the medium weight is punchy but seductive while delivering evident power on the clean and nicely dry finale. This also could use better depth so at least a few years of keeping should be helpful."
