Domaine Servin is one of Chablis' steady hands, farming through the region's brutal frosts, hail and heat to make wines of genuine pleasure year after year. This Vieilles Vignes "Sélection Massale" comes from old vines propagated by massale selection — cuttings taken from the estate's best plants rather than nursery clones — which adds depth and complexity to the glass. The 2023 was a successful, generous vintage here, balanced and approachable young. Expect classic Chablis: green apple, citrus, oyster-shell minerality and a chalky, energetic finish.
