A blend of 60% Pinot Auxerrois, 10% Pinot Blanc, 10% Riesling, 10% Pinot Gris and 10% Pinot Noir from younger vines (25 years). Fermented and aged in stainless steel, and aged on its lees for 18 months. The estate is Demeter-certified biodynamic, and Christophe Mittnacht is one of Alsace's rising stars. Crisp, herbaceous and minerally.

Christophe was an early biodynamic pioneer in Alsace, achieving certification in 1999—among the region's first. Married to a sushi chef (of all things), he crafts elegant, terroir-driven Rieslings and Gewürztraminers in the Hunawihr tradition.
