"The Domenico Clerico 2022 Barbera d'Alba Trevigne sources its fruit from three vineyards within the Ginestra and Bricco San Pietro MGAs. It shows very pretty intensity, terrific balance and a creamy mouthfeel that underlines the wine's volume. Barbera is aged in barrique (50%) and in botte grande (50%), and the final assembly is made after maturation. Dark blackberry and baked plum are signatures of this hot and generous vintage." -Monica Larner
