Felton Road’s Dry Riesling comes from biodynamically farmed vineyards in Bannockburn, Central Otago. The region’s cool climate and schist soils give precision and drive.

Hand-picked, fermented with native yeasts, and aged in stainless steel, it’s a pure, mineral Riesling with vibrant acidity. A benchmark New Zealand expression rooted in careful farming.

Very deep angular schist gravels with thin loess covering
Hand harvested
Whole bunch pressed and settled for 5 days before racking
A slow fermentation of 12 weeks with indigenous yeasts to almost complete dryness (3g/L RS)
Rested on fine lees to build palate weight before bottling in early-September
