If Gamma is Curtaz's easygoing Etna white, Kudos is the serious one. It's an Etna Bianco Superiore — a designation reserved for high-elevation Carricante grown around Milo — from the esteemed Rinazzo vineyard. The volcanic soils and altitude here give a white of real depth and tension, the kind that rewards a few years in the bottle. Curtaz, a Piedmontese who trained with Gaja before settling on Etna, farms this with the same precision. Decant it or cellar it; this one wants time. Don't over-chill.

Federico Curtaz trained in viticulture and oenology before working fifteen years under the legendary Angelo Gaja in Barbaresco. In 2014, he launched his own brand, meticulously sourcing parcels across Sicily and Mount Etna's northern slopes. His Etna Biancos made from Carricante are mineral, precise, and proof that Etna's best wines are just getting started.
