‘Ekato’ means one hundred, and the fruit that goes into this wine is macerated for 100 days. Longer macerations make for more but more finessed tannins. Flavors of sour cherry, pomegranate, and other bright red, crunchy fruit. Florality is subdued compared to acidity and density of fruit.
