The Goisot family has long been a benchmark in the Auxerre region, just southwest of Chablis. Their Aligoté comes from biodynamically farmed limestone soils, giving it tension and depth.

Hand-harvested and fermented with native yeasts, it sees aging in tank to preserve freshness. A serious take on Aligoté that stands apart from the simple bistro style.

More about Guilhem & Jean Hugues Goisot

Jean-Hugues Goisot was among Burgundy's earliest fathers of biodynamic viticulture; his son Guilhelm carries the torch. From chalky soils near Chablis, they farm Aligoté, Sauvignon, and Chardonnay—the latter with a wow-factor for its ability to be at once concentrated and lithe. No one delivers more quality for the price, especially in modest appellations: the purity and minerality are simply flat-out amazing.
