Jean Foillard’s Morgon Corcelette 2023 is sourced from 80-year-old Gamay vines rooted in sandy granite soils, a site known for yielding his most aromatic and delicate cuvée. Fermented with native yeasts and aged in old barrels, it captures Corcelette’s lifted, floral profile.

The 2023 vintage is vivid and graceful—raspberry, wild strawberry, and subtle spice unfold over silky tannins and fine mineral tension. A finessed, high-toned expression of Morgon terroir.

"The 2023 Morgon Cuvée Corcelette comes from well-drained granite soils and is aged for nine months in used barrel. It has a perfumed bouquet of incense that blossoms with aeration, as touches of brown spice infuse the red fruit. The palate is medium-bodied and transparent with finely chiseled tannins, exquisite balance and a dab of white pepper towards the sustained finish. This very classy Morgon is difficult to resist." -Neal Martin
