Oxidative Savagnin aged under voile from the Jura's largest family estate. Founded 1942 by Désiré Rolet; his children took over in 1958. 65 hectares across all four Jura appellations: Arbois, Côtes du Jura, Étoile, and Château-Chalon. 100% Savagnin aged a minimum of 6 years and 3 months under a protective yeast veil (voile). The wine develops complex walnut and spice aromas through slow oxidation. Traditional 620ml clavelin bottle format. New ownership in 2018 continues the family legacy.
