Saumur-Champigny from a new domaine asking old questions. Caroline Meurée and Hervé Malinge's Cabernet Franc is hand-harvested and fermented with indigenous yeasts, then split across three vessels—amphora, stainless, and rare Latour barrels. The result: ripe red fruits, soft spice, velvety texture that plays against the Loire's natural acidity. This is Cabernet Franc without dogma, letting terroir and technique speak.
