It's pure Pinot Noir, hand-harvested (rare in Sancerre), gently pressed and rested on its lees for several months over Kimmeridgian limestone. The result is pale coral and bone-dry, with the red-fruit charm of Pinot and the crisp, mineral snap that only Sancerre delivers. A serious rosé that still knows how to have fun.
