The terroir tells a 150-million-year-old story: marly limestone loaded with quartz and marine fossils creates that signature grainy minerality. Native yeasts, stainless steel aging on lees for 8 months, zero oak influence—just pure Chardonnay expression. Exceptional Burgundy value.
