"The 2024 Riesling Wehlener Sonnenuhr Kabinett #17 is alive with a flinty reduction and a touch of slate, but it does not give much more away at this stage. The palate is beautifully citric, taut and salty. There is something strait-laced about this. It sinks deep into the blue Devonian slate of the Sonnenuhr, expressing linearity and elegance.
