Maria & Sepp Muster’s Graf Morillon 2021 honors their generational commitment to biodynamic farming on Southern Styria’s limestone-rich slopes. This rare vineyard designate showcases deep, garnet-hued Chardonnay (locally called Morillon) from mature vines, hand-harvested and fermented with native yeasts in large oak vats.

Aged 18 months in neutral barrels with minimal sulfur after bâtonnage, it reveals structured texture and minerality. This is a reserved, terroir-driven Chardonnay that bridges classic Southern Styrian tradition with the Musters’ biodynamic clarity.
