Château La Vaisinerie lies in Puisseguin, a Saint-Émilion satellite with similar limestone-rich soils. The 2019 blend is 90% Merlot, with Cabernet Franc lending structure and lift. The estate has converted to organic farming, emphasizing precision and terroir.

Fermentation occurs in concrete, followed by aging in a mix of new and used oak. This is a polished, Right Bank wine offering serious character and value from an often-overlooked appellation.

Linear and direct, this is powerful but restrained, with a core of dark, juicy fruits and a mineral undertow giving freshness and a velvety-smooth texture to the tannins.
