Gris comes from a single block of Xarel-lo Vermell, a rare, red-skinned clone of Xarel-lo. The vineyard lays on very calcareous soil, with a limestone-clay texture.

In the glass, it’s slightly cloudy and full of energy—citrus peel, green herbs, and white tea, with light tannic grip and a dry, salty finish. Serve it chilled, pair it with anything from tapas to grilled seafood, and don’t overthink it. This is natural wine at its most drinkable—bright, breezy, and a little bit wild.
