Adina comes from 45-year-old vines on unique soils of oxidized gneiss and red schist — a 600m-wide vein of these dark soils originates near Porto and runs all the way to the UK, lending Adina exceptionally bright aromatics, powerful structure, and concentration with incredible finesse. Capable of developing in bottle for 10 years or more. Fermented with indigenous yeasts in stainless steel, without malolactic fermentation.
