Vigna aux Dames is François Rousset-Martin dialing everything up to eleven—pure Savagnin, raised ouillé (topped-up, not oxidative), from one of the Jura’s best limestone terroirs.

The 2022 absolutely hums with energy: salty lemon peel, crushed stones, a touch of smoky herbs, and that unmistakable Jura electricity. It’s tense and racy, but with just enough texture to wrap around all that minerality and hold it together.
