Adrian's career in the wine trade started over three decades ago as a sweat-equity partner at Chateau Routas in Provence. A tasting and lunch in 1993 with Robert Parker led to great reviews and to a position with Lauber Imports. In 2011 he created his own company, Adrian Chalk Selections, and then joined MS Walker in 2015. He represents two dozen family-owned vineyards.

Anthony Lynch (son of legendary importer Kermit Lynch) came to New York last week and brought a few special bottles from their Berkeley cellar to lunch, including 2007 Vacqueyras Le Sang des Cailloux and Thierry Allemand’s 2005 Cornas Reynard.
