Maison Noir Wines, founded by sommelier-turned-winemaker André Hueston Mack, is known for expressive, accessible wines with attitude—and none more so than O.P.P. (“Other People’s Pinot”) Pinot Gris.

The 2023 vintage is made from Willamette Valley fruit, mostly from sustainably farmed sites. It’s fermented in stainless steel and left unoaked to preserve freshness. This isn’t your average flabby Pinot Gris—it’s dry, crisp, and clean, with notes of pear, green apple, lemon zest, and a subtle floral lift. There’s a little texture, but the wine stays focused and bright.

O.P.P. is both a nod to André Mack’s irreverent branding and a crowd-pleasing white with just enough edge. Great on its own, but also perfect with salads, takeout Thai, or roast chicken.
