Founded in 1956 by Dino Ciacci, one of the 25 founding members of the Consorzio del Vino Brunello di Montalcino in 1967. Now in its third generation under Tiziano Ciacci and his wife Alessandra, with daughter Pamela recently joining. Located in the Tavernelle area southwest of Montalcino at 300-400 meters elevation on marly limestone and iron-rich red silt soils. The estate farms 20 hectares for Brunello, producing approximately 5,000 cases annually. 100% family-owned and operated. The wines are known for being rich and dark yet age gracefully.
