Pure Grenache from one of the southern Rhône's most revered biodynamic estates. Founded in 1990 by Michèle Aubéry-Laurent and her late husband Philippe, the domaine gained cult status after Michèle took full control following Philippe's death in 1999. From 50-80 year old vines on limestone, clay, and sand at 350 meters elevation near Montbrison-sur-Lez. Hand-harvested, fermented with indigenous yeast, no pumping, no fining, no filtration, minimal sulfites. Demeter certified biodynamic since 2010. Now joined by son Maxime François. Over 30 years without synthetic chemicals.
