Jade Gross, a Chinese-American winemaker trained in haute cuisine at Michelin-starred restaurants (Alain Ducasse, El Celler de Can Roca), relocated to San Vicente de la Sonsierra in 2019 to pursue winemaking. Her first wine was made with legendary Riojan producer Abel Mendoza. This playful Rosado from a tiny plot called 'La Cantera' at 600m altitude in La Rioja Alavesa showcases her artisanal approach: handpicked, hand-sorted Tempranillo from calcareous-clayey soils. Limited to just 1,280 bottles, this is wine as personal expression—fresh, mineral-driven, and bursting with personality.
