Raúl Pérez and Rodrigo Méndez (Forjas del Salnés) joined forces for this single-parcel Albariño from Val do Salnés, Rías Baixas' coolest, most mineral subzone. Decomposed granite with silt from the oldest vines. Indigenous yeast fermentation in 1,500-liter foudres, 12 months maturation. Tropical fruit, citrus, and mineral notes with vibrant acidity and extended finish.
