Beauroy, one of Chablis's most celebrated Premier Cru sites, sits on south-facing slopes where limestone-rich soils produce wines of remarkable concentration and mineral definition. Laurent Tribut's 2.5-acre parcel in Beauroy represents the fruit of his meticulous viticulture and traditional winemaking philosophy. At six years of age, this 2018 shows the added depth and complexity that emerge from Premier Cru terroir: toasty richness beneath bright citrus, mineral tension underscored by saline minerality, and the structural complexity that distinguishes Premier Cru from village-level expressions. Hand-harvested, fermented naturally, and aged in traditional oak, the wine maintains the freshness and precision that characterize the finest Chablis while developing secondary complexities. Drinking beautifully now, this wine will continue to develop and refine for another 7-10 years, revealing further layers of minerality and complexity as it matures.

The caressing and quite rounded medium-bodied flavors also possess a refreshing salinity on the solidly persistent and complex finale.
