Chardonnay from Les Robinettes parcel in Treigny village—a slope surrounded by wheat fields on very rocky limestone with marl and clay. The site was originally planted by a local association in 2006 and 2008; Raphaëlle planted her Chardonnay in 2020 using massal selection from Sylvain Pataille. Direct-pressed, fermented in 300-liter barrels (larger format allowing air exchange), aged 10 months in barrel, bottled unfiltered. Puisaye-Forterre terroir from a young winemaker replanting forgotten Burgundy.
