Three equal parts were planted in 2001, 1988 and 1935.SOILVery stony, cool terroir. but with some topsoil so easier to work.VITICULTUREOrganically farmed, soils are worked, green harvest, all fruit is hand-harvested.VINIFICATIONSlow pressing, Indigenous yeast fermentation in tank.AGINGAged 11 months in 50% tank and 50% wood (30% new) then into tank on the lees for a couple of months before bottling.
