High-altitude Burgundy white from Saint-Romain, where south-facing vines grow at 280-400 meters elevation on limestone and marl soils with clay patches. Christophe Buisson started his winemaking career in 1996, renting a few acres after working as a wine broker. He now farms 7 hectares using certified organic methods (since 2012). Philosophy centers on minimal cellar activity with no mechanical manipulation or pumping—quality raw materials and minimal intervention yielding approximately 50,000 bottles annually.
