Memorie allows me the opportunity to use time as an ally and leisurely capture an evolving expression of ‘house’ style of Willamette Valley chardonnay. The third bottling of the solera is a blend of equal proportions of 2022 chardonnay racked to steel after 12 months in third fill puncheon, the 2021 chardonnay which has been in steel on lees for 12 months, and the solera base of 2014-2019, which has been in steel on lees for 48-80 months."AGINGAged in a combination of third fill puncheons and stainless steel for 48-80 months depending on vintage
