"The 2023 Celeste Verdejo Sur Lies includes 12% Sauvignon Blanc from Rueda. It was aged 10% in foudre and barrel, 15% in concrete and the rest in stainless steel. Green apple, grapefruit and rue appear on the nose, joined by a grassy touch. The palate is intense, with lees-driven texture and a streak of freshness.
