"There's the classic smoky/fumy Prüm style here and with a deep citrus core – deep but not particularly ripe, which seems like quite an achievement but easier in a great year for Kabinett. Juicy, rounded and caressing in texture even though it has that core of acidity. Deep and long, with something slightly savoury on the mouth-watering finish.
