THE VILLAGE CONCEPT
The usual problem with wine clubs is that there are too many members, so merchants rely on mass-produced wines of inferior quality to make sure that everybody gets the same bottles. We solve that problem by assigning each member to a Champagne "Village". Each Village is limited to just 60 customers, ensuring that we can provide you with truly exclusive, limited Champagnes. Don't worry, the Village name doesn't mean that you will only get Champagnes from your Champagne Village!

How does the village concept work?
+Each "village" is limited to 60 members to ensure we can source truly special, limited-production champagnes. When you join, you become part of the current village. Once a village reaches capacity, we start a new one. All Villages get Champagnes of equal value over the course of any three month period.
Can I skip a shipment or pause my membership?
+Absolutely! You can easily manage your membership through your account, including skipping shipments or pausing your membership at any time with no penalties.
How are the champagnes selected?
+Our team of champagne specialists tastes hundreds of champagnes each year to select only the most exceptional bottles. We focus on small producers, unique expressions, and bottles that tell a compelling story.
Do you ship to my state?

What if I don't like a bottle?
+We stand behind every bottle we select. If you receive a bottle that's flawed or not to your satisfaction, please contact us within 14 days of delivery, and we'll make it right.
Can I give a membership as a gift?
+Yes! Champagne Club memberships make exceptional gifts. You can purchase a gift membership for a specific duration, and we'll send a beautiful announcement to the recipient.
How does shipping work?
+Yes! We charge a flat fee of $9.99 to get your Champagne to you each month, regardless of club level. We ship by fedex, and we ship out your Champagne around the 10th day of each month. If the weather doesn't permit safe shipping, we'll hold the bottles until the weather moderates. We also offer "holds" and "pauses" throughout the summer months.
