The Ohligsberg vineyard contributes to A.J. Adam's portfolio of Grand Cru sites in the Middle Mosel. This 2024 Kabinett (light late harvest) showcases the delicate, fruit-forward character that makes Kabinett one of Mosel's most food-friendly styles. Harvested by hand with careful selection, fermented with ambient yeast in traditional oak, the wine displays the minerals and freshness essential to the style: green apple, citrus, and white flowers with the softest sweetness and bright acidity. At just-released, it's vibrant and alive, ready to drink immediately or age for 7-10 years as complexity develops. The Kabinett designation reflects A.J. Adam's respect for the vineyard's natural ripeness cycles.
