With its delicate, subtle and entrancing nature, sake is starting to beckon many of our fine wine lovers, and high-end sake is even more challenging to taste and understand. After partnering up with VINTUS and certified sake educator Will Sugerman on several outstanding sake events this year, and hearing from you that you want even more, we're introducing our most baller sake event yet. 

Please join us on Monday, December 9 from 6:30-8pm on our mezzanine for our first-ever high-end sake night. With Will as our guide, we'll taste the best sakes the amazing Kome Collective portfolio, popping bottles that are rarely, if ever, sampled in the city. And we'll experience them in context, with pairings from land and sea that expand our understanding of what sake can be. 
 
Whether you've dipped your toes into sake but find yourself craving a "wine-nerd view" that really gets under the hood, you've heard Will speak at one of our other sake events and discovered what a top-notch presenter and sake ambassador he is, or you already enjoy sake but want to get out of the rut of everyday standards and into some special-occasion bangers, you will not want to miss this event. This is not a seminar. This is a guided, interactive tasting for serious wine lovers interested in diving deep into sake. There will be opportunities to ask our sake expert all your questions, or simply enjoy incredible sake and pairings in an intimate setting.
