More about Casa Dragones

Bertha González Nieves became the first certified female Maestra Tequilera and founded Casa Dragones to prove tequila could be hand-bottled, small-batch luxury. Each bottle is numbered and signed; CNN named their Joven the world's best sipping tequila.

Tasting Notes & Food Pairings

Perfect Pairings

Sip it neat at room temperature, no lime and no salt required, or pour it over ice with grapefruit soda. At the table it belongs with ceviche, aguachile, grilled shrimp tacos, guacamole and chips, or fresh oysters.

Tasting Profile

Clean and crisp, with cooked agave, citrus and a faint peppery lift. The texture is silky and unusually soft for a blanco, and the finish is bright and lingering rather than hot.
