A limited and delicate expression from 2.5 hectares, Edmée Le Roy blends Roussanne and Clairette with a touch of Grenache Blanc and represents the ethereal side of white Châteauneuf. Hand-harvested in the morning and pressed gently to preserve aromatic freshness, the wine is settled and fermented in vats before six months of aging. The bouquet unfolds from floral attack to honey, finishing with ripe exotic fruits. Passion fruit and grapefruit dominate the palate with a vibrant acidic edge that keeps the wine alive on the finish.
