Two-thirds Cabernet Sauvignon in 2019, all of it vinified in the estate's new cuvier, with the Merlot harvest starting in mid-September under what the property calls ideal conditions. The growing season asked for patience: cool, rainy spring weather brought coulure and millerandage to some Merlot parcels, a hot, dry July followed, and late rains let veraison finish properly. Cool early-September nights preserved freshness, and the fruit came in clean. Fermented in temperature-controlled stainless steel, then fourteen months in French oak, 40% new.
