Avize is among the most prized Grand Cru villages on the Côte des Blancs, and Champagne Corbon is a small, serious grower with deep roots there. This Blanc de Blancs is 100% Chardonnay from Grand Cru Avize — chalk-driven, precise, and built for the table as much as the aperitif. Grower Champagnes from Avize carry a sense of place that most non-vintage blends cannot match: a chalky salinity, a citrus-cream tension, and a mineral persistence that lingers long after the glass is empty.
